A beautiful space, where you are free to look at all of the jewelry without a salesperson hovering. When I wanted suggestions/feedback I was given great advice and ended up with a gorgeous set of earrings, hair pins and bracelet. The owner, Urvi, went totally out of her way after the hurricane and met me at her office (she walked from the UES! in the cold!!) to get me a replacement pair of earrings b/c the jeweler i dropped them off to on Friday(to change the backs to 14k gold, my ears are sensitive) wasn't going to come back into the city until Monday. Thank you Urvi, I cannot wait to wear my new jewelry on the most important day of my life!!!

I first saw Tejani jewelry in a bridal magazine. I fell in love with the eearings and as soon as looked at the website I was more in love with every other piece of jewlry! The ordering process through tejani was wasy and delivery was on time! The eearings I chose were stunning! LOVED THEM! THANK YOU FOR MAKIGN SUCH BEAUTIFUL JEWELRY

Excellent item, had to return for a smaller size...they did so without a problem even with short notice when the item was out of stock. Great communication from the customer service team.

I bought both the earrings and bracelet I wore at my wedding from Tejani in NYC. The shopping experience in their showroom was extremely positive - they gave me time to look at the jewelry on my own, try on as many items as I wanted, and take time to make a decision. The selection was gorgeous, but very expensive for fake jewelry, which is my only complaint. Relatively speaking though, it was cheaper than wearing real white gold/platinum and diamond pieces, so at the end of the day, it might be worth it for brides who want to "look like a million bucks" but not pay that amount.

I was incredibly pleased with the products and service I received from Tejani. I fell in love with their jewelry while flipping through magazines and just had to visit the showroom. While I was there, Ilana talked me through several looks and helped me make my final decision. The jewelry was PERFECT with the dress and I received many compliments. Would highly recommend!

I purchased a necklace (B0824) for one of my wedding events. I was very pleased with the quality of the piece. Though there are cheaper options online for jewelry, I doubt you will get something this high quality for less. It's a timeless piece of jewelry that I will definitely wear for years to come!

Gorgeous bridal jewelry! I went to their showroom to pick out my favorite piece (up to 10 or so) and then they meet you at your dress fitting on another date so you can make a decision and see the jewelry with your gown on. Such a great experience and I loved my jewelry. Great quality too and I'm able to wear the earrings and bracelet at other formal events.

I purchased style B0808 from them. I loved that I was able to book an appointement to see and try on their jewlery. The pieces are all beautiful and the service I received was fantastic. I forgot the name of the young girl who helped me and want to say her customer service skills were excellent. I showed her a picture of my dress and headwear and she helped me pick my earrings. The experience with the store and people was just amazing, it's rare to find service like that. Thank you Tejani for the wonderful experience and beautiful earrings.

I purchased my jewelry from here, a bracelet and a pair of earrings - people would not stop telling me all night how beautiful both of those pieces were and my husband couldn't believe how much those pieces sparkled. The customer service was extraordinary and they truly stayed with me until the store was about to close so that I could pick out the pieces that I really wanted!

Everyone agreed that the earrings and bracelet I purchased from Tejani were beautiful. However working with this store was less than ideal. The representative originally told me via email that I could set up a time to meet them at my bridal salon in Brooklyn to try on jewelry with my dress. I stopped by the store to pick out the jewelry to view during the bridal appointment and it was clear that the representative was not happy about traveling to Brooklyn, although she agreed. On the day of the appointment, she showed up about 5 hours early while I was still at work. The salon had to call me at work. She had to leave the jewelry for me to try on once I got to the appointment. That on top of a lot of little mistakes on their behalf including sending me the wrong invoice before I received the piece and mistakenly thinking I wanted to change the design of the earrings I picked out made me less than happy with this vendor. I also think the jewelry was overpriced.

I do want to apologize if you thought that we were not happy to attend your fitting...the reason you may have felt that we were hesitant is usually our service is exclusive to within Manhattan and not any other boroughs due to the fact we only have limited consultants available for fittings outside of our showroom. That said we were happy to accommodate your request and come to your fitting as time did allow for this. Unfortunately there was a oversight on time of your fitting (our fault), but we were happy to leave the pieces at your fitting so you could try on with your gown and had your pieces messengered to you immediately after purchasing as to not inconvenience you any further. Regarding your invoice we have had an issue when emailing Excel files from our computer to another it can get converted to an old document, but the situation was remedied immediately. Tejani prides itself on our over the top customer service and we greatly apologize if your experience was less than perfect.

Not only is their jewelry breathtaking, their staff is amazing!!! My earrings were the perfect detail to my wedding day!
