I have never had such a difficult time with an online order in my life. I ordered my cake servers and toasting flutes online, as I live in a rural area. Firstly, I never received a tracking number after one week, I emailed them and received NO response. I called, was told that "for some reason" my order was not sent out and will be overnighted to me. I finally received a box only to received wine glasses instead of my toasting flutes. The rep told me that the flutes would be sent and I should receive them within a few days as well as the return label information via email for the wine glasses. I NEVER received the email. I emailed them on two separate days, NO RESPONSE. I called, received a tracking number, told I would get an email by the end of the day. I used the tracking number only to realize it was the tracking number for the incorrect box already sitting in my kitchen! I called again, was on hold as a new rep spoke to the person in charge of the return label emails. I was then told I will receive the return label email tomorrow morning and once I send out the wine glasses THEY sent to me in error, they will then send me my toasting flutes. Only when UPS has picked up the wine glasses!! This is absolutely ridiculous the goose chase I have been put through to fix their mistake! I don't care how nice the product is, the lack of service due to THEIR incompetence is horrible!

The day before our wedding I was going over our list to make sure everything was done. As I ask my fiancé if he's gotten his groomsmen gifts, he stares at me with a blank expression on his face which obviously meant, "what gifts?" So I head to the mall & run into Things Remembered where I get all the groomsmen flasks with their names engraved on them. The woman told me they would be ready in an hour. I walked around the mall & wandered back in about 45 minutes later. She had the flasks done, each one nicely gift wrapped & ready to go. I was very impressed with the customer service even though it was a mad house in the place, with only one woman working at the time. The flasks looked great & the groomsmen loved them! It was the perfect gift & I loved that they were able to be engraved in less that an hour, as I was obviously on a time crunch! The price was also fantastic, as it was buy 3 & get the 4th for free. I also purchased my flower girl's gift from here & it was beautiful. Came out perfect & she loved it! I would definitely recommend Things Remembered for gifts of any occasion.

Nice quick engravings for glasses for my girls & guys. I bought my own glasses to have engraved to save some money but I found the engraving itself was pricey anyway. Good as a last minute thing but if you have the time is recommend shopping around online!

I got a bunch of gifts for parents and groomsmen through the website. Everything turned out great. We got the zippos with an Ace of Spaids on them since we were doing a Vegas wedding. It was appropriate, and they engraved names looked good. We got picture frames for our parents, which are beautiful. The only problem was with our pen stand. Now this was the most expensive part, and the website preview said my message would be 2 lines, but it was engraved as 3 lines...so 1 random uppercase letter was in the middle of line 2. They were very nice when I returned it at a store and redid it for no charge. Except when they redid it the message wasn't centered. I probably could have complained again, but I didn't care at that point. The people doing the engraving have no graphic design skills at all, but the products are very good. Just keep those engravings simple for them.

I loved the gifts I ordered for my bridal party! The engraving was beautiful and it turned out perfect. The score is a little low because a couple of my items were back ordered and came at the very last minute! Also, it was difficult to get a hold of customer service representatives.

We decided to go with them because they have very nice wedding gifts that are inexpensive especially when they have sales. We purchased some engraved champagne glasses and other knick knacks for our reception. I thought it would be a good idea to see it in person and their selection was fine. They have a good selection of wedding related items and can engrave many of their items. My husband bought his groomsmen gifts there, too.

Great gifts that you can personalize but you pay the price.

I purchased my wedding gift to my husband at Things Remembered (engraved wine glasses). They were extremely fast (was able to pick them up in a few hours) and I was very happy with the final product. I did however think the engraving price was a little high (compared to the cost of the glasses).

We got our best mans gifts from things remembered. He loved everything we got him, my only issue was the prices for the engraving.. Ask the items are nice but its almost like they need that special touch and even just initials on an item tends to cost more than the item. I could understand if it was hand done but when all that is needed is information put into a computer the cost is a little much. The items were nice so I'd go back, but maybe just rethink the engraving.

I actually went to the things remembered in Woodland Hills, but they all have the same stuff. I got my champagne flutes and cake servers from them and they came out beautiful and not badly priced at all. I've also gotten these things for people as engagement gifts and they always have things on sale, so you can get super pretty things for a pretty decent price.

My husband went to the store at the Woodland Hills Mall in Tulsa to buy cuff links for his Best Man and Groomsmen and had a terrible experience. The girl that was working was not helpful at all and he was very surprised at how expensive the engraving was. The girl just was not professional at all and he was very put off by that.

Ordered champagne flutes & the cake cutter set from here. Loved the suggested text option! They screwed up the engraving on the flutes & quickly replaced them without an issue. Only issue was how expensive it was. But you only do it once, so I can live with it. Great keepsake.

I got my bridal party gifts all at Things Remembered, along with our server and flutes. Everything was of great quality and beautiful but the prices aren't the cheapest. You can find things cheaper online elsewhere. The sales associates are always helpful when you go into the store. Our problem was the fact that we bought our flutes online (which we didn't end up using) and it doesn't say a thing about not being able to return the item in store. We took it in and were told we'd have to return it online and would be charged a return fee. Where is this stated?? Nowhere we found on the website. So we were pretty upset about that. Why would we go with this store in the future, when we can find it cheaper online and at least we know already we'd have to pay return shipping costs instead of a company not stating clearly what we would have to do.

I got engraved braclets for the bridesmaids which turned out absolutley beautiful and all of the girls loved them. My only complaint was that 3 out of 6 of them broke after they wore them a few times after the wedding. It was kind of a pricey gift for the length of time that they lasted. We also got flasks for a couple of the groomsmen which turned out great. they two were a little pricey, however those have held up great and all the guys were excited to get a peronalized gift. I think that things remembered is an awesome place to go to... and they have a pretty good variety to choose from, however the engraving is extremely pricey.

We ordered our attendants' gifts (engraved silver USB drive-keyrings) from Things Remembered. The gifts arrived promptly in cute little gift boxes, each marked with initials so we would know whose was whose. The engraving was all done correctly. I have two slight criticisms: first, TR's website is a little hard to navigate when ordering customization, especially since it tries hard to steer you towards more expensive options (engraving on both sides; more expensive fonts). I kept had to keep clicking "Yes, I'm REALLY SURE I don't want engraving on both sides!" and so forth. Second, the price was a little steep and they don't offer bulk discounts for orders less than a lot (20? can't remember). I managed to find an online coupon that helped a lot (future brides, take note!), but when I decided to get two more later, and didn't enough of an order to use a coupon, they cost almost twice as much as they had the first time. In the end, however, our attendants (women as well as men! don't know why USBs are only considered a good men's gift!) were really pleased with their gifts.

They have really good ideas for party favors and gifts for your bridal party or your guests. It is also nice that you can customize most of the gifts here with a message but be careful how many words you write because they charge you alot of each word you get inscribed. I would say that there is a good selection of things here and you can find something that will be meaningful and nice to give to your bridal party or your guests here.

I love Things Remembered, I buy every Bride & Groom a Wedding Blanket from there, so when it came to my wedding I couldn't think of any other place to go to buy my hubbie to be a gift. I love personalized items, you never see those in garage sales! I got my junior bridesmaid, flower girl, husband-to-be, parents, in-laws & bridal party gifts there. My only issue this time was the girl was supposed to call me back and she never did I had to call her a few days later; and the bracelet that was engraved had obvious scratch marks on it (it was the first thing I noticed) and she was just going to give it to me like that! Once I pointed it out she had it replaced and re-engraved no problem.

I was very pleased with this company, I got all my wedding party's gift here and also picked up several rememberal for myself. They seemed more then happy to help with anything I needed. The only area I had any problems what so ever with was the flexiably. I wanted a mug engraved on a certain date that happen to fall on a non tradtional hoilday and they refused to do get the mug to me early I was a bit disappointed as I wanted to present the mug to the best man on the night of the rehersal dinner, but had to wait.
