Amazing food, very professional staff!! Couldn't have been more perfect!

Thomas Preti just catered our wedding @ Angel Orensanz on Sunday and did an AMAZING job, everyone was raving about the food, service and we could not be happier with everything they have done for us.

We unfortunately did not have a good experience with Thomas Preti. Our guests did rave about the food (the meal, the hors d' oeuvres and desserts weren't great), however, the aspects of working with the staff prior to the event and anything concerning logistics, which typically is convered by a good catering company, were very poor and not worth the stress. They did not make us feel as if our wedding was important. The ideas they suggested did not take into account our preferences or the venue and therefore many times were not even feasable. I had to keep on top of them regarding next steps and had to ask questions through email sometimes several times before receiving an answer. The most upsetting thing that happened directly concerning this company is that one of my guests asked a bartender to purchase a type of alcohol that we did not provide at the wedding. The bartender left the event and bought the alcohol for the guest. This really was unacceptable to me. The type of alcohol that was bought is used for a game in which you basically chug it and then get drunk very quickly. Some of the guests ended up drinking too much and needless to say, chugging contests weren't exactly what I wanted at my wedding. The company and bartender were employed and paid for by my husband and I and I was shocked to find out that they were the ones that supplied the guests with the alcohol.

Thomas Preti is top notch. His food is great and inventive. Our tasting went very well. He was the in-house caterer for our vendor. I am glad we went with him.
