Ultimate Sound Djs are amazing! Raul (MC) and Juan (DJ) were fantastic, they kept the crowd entertained and the dance floor moving! We could not have asked for anything more, they did exactly what we wanted and then some, from the music, to the lighting to the MC'ing to the photo booth. The music was mixed so well and they played everything we asked for! My husband and I had a blast! Everything was perfect! We used Ultimate Sound DJs for our photobooth at our November wedding. (This review is not for DJ or MC.). We did an add on to our package for DJ and MC to include their photobooth. Not even half way into our party the Photo booth died. NOT EVEN one guest was able to post their photobooth pics on Facebook. I kept asking them throughout the night Is it going to start up again? can u go get another one? Nothing. After the reception as they were packing up I asked for a refund. They told me they already spoke to someone named "Frank" and he said no refund for us because half of our guests used the photo booth. This was a total lie! We counted 14 guests from the pics they provided - thats less than 3% of our guests!! Stay away from this company and don't pay cash like we did. They should of done the right thing.

We booked with Ultimate Sounds because of a recommendation from a friend who also received services for their wedding..and we are so grateful for it! I am extremely pleased to recommend the entire Ultimate Sounds company for all of your wedding needs. My husband and I used this company for DJ services, as well as photography and videography. Ultimate Sounds was the first and only vendor we met with for these services because we were so impressed with Frank, the owner and our MC. Frank is an amazing guy to work with. He listened to every single one of our questions and provided us with honest, truthful answers. I was a bit of a neurotic bride =) but Frank kept me assured and confident throughout the whole process. We chose Frank as our MC and Juan as our DJ, both who were incredible! Our guests danced the whole night! Frank and Juan were also great in terms of playing songs we wanted to hear, avoiding songs we didn't want to hear, and feeling out the crowd in terms of how to keep the party going! For photography, we worked with Eddie, and for videography, we worked with Pierre, both of whom were excellent. We had seen some of Eddie's work and loved it, but more importantly, we felt that we really clicked personality-wise with Eddie. And we were not disappointed! Eddie was great the whole day, especially considering we had some pretty unpredictable weather. Prior to the wedding day, we had given Eddie sample photos that we wanted taken, and he managed to capture every one, along with impromptu shots throughout the day. He was a pleasure to work with! Pierre was also fantastic. We had not met him prior to the wedding day but after just a few hours, it felt like we were old friends. We cannot wait to see the video as Pierre came up with some really creative ideas =) Overall, this company was a complete pleasure to work with from start to finish. On the day of the event, everyone was on time (or early) and dressed professionally. Throughout the wedding, everyone kept checking on me to make sure I had everything I needed. Ultimate sounds made our wedding a complete sucess. The staff was great! Dj played great music, the dance floor was always packed. We couldnt have asked for more. They were just GREAT!

Ultimate Sound DJs were amazing. Eric and I visited a couple of places and were looking for the perfect music on our day. We wanted someone who would know what we wanted and would accomodate all of our guests likes as well. We immediately clicked with Frank the owner. Eric and I fell in love with what Frank had to offer as packages. We had visited a previous vendor the day before, that had the exact type of equipment for much more money. Ultimate Sound DJs has a room with all the georgeous equipment for you to see up close and personal. They have quite an extensive group of DJs to accomodate everyones likes and personalities. The Ultimate Sound DJ co. was so amazing! They helped to make my wedding what people are still calling the "best wedding ever"! Frank was so great to us and provided us with amazing service. Frank came highly recommended to us from a very reliable close friend. We had considered Frank among a couple other DJs and picking Frank was the best choice we made! Compared to the other DJs we spoke to, Frank was very reassuring, clear, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Looking back at our process of picking the DJ, it is very clear to us now who was trying to sell us extra and unnecessary additions, Frank was the only one who didn't push on selling extra items in terms of decor, equipment, and package deals. He provided intelligent lighting which was a beautiful addition to the decor, two TV screens with zapshots, and an awesome sound system. We were nervous prior to the wedding that we might have a lot of guests that wouldn't dance or the dance floor would be empty. Just from our description of our guests, he explained that the music would be taken care of and there was nothing to worry about. He was right because our guests danced all night! Frank and his team arrived early to set up and was probably the first to meet with the banquet manager and maintained efficient and smooth communication with the banquet staff. They arrived dressed and professional, reassuring my husband and I that everything was going smoothly. The best night of our lives would not have happened without his performance and expertise. There's a reason why Ultimate Sound DJs has been in business for over 20 years, THEY WILL NOT DISAPPOINT! We've had many close friends and guests commend us on the performance of our DJ, including a friend who does work in the catering and restaurant business who mentioned he's never been to a wedding where people were already dancing even before dinner was served. Even though it's only 3 weeks after the wedding, we are still thrilled and extremely happy we chose Ultimate Sound DJs. Wedding Anthony & Jacqui July 14, 2012 Frank and his staff at Ultimate Sounds DJ’s were the best decision we could have possible made. They were truly AMAZING! We met with Frank approximately 10 months before our Wedding, and after speaking with him for about 5 minutes, we knew we were hiring him. He overwhelmed us with his professionalism and friendliness, as well as his knowledge of music from various genders. We explained to him that we needed a bilingual MC, and he assured us it would not be a problem. We felt very comfortable speaking with him, and we did not have any doubts that they would not do a fantastic job. Well, 10 months later, the Wedding was here and he proved us right! Frank, Rafael, and Stephanie arrived there nice and early to set up. The DJ booth looked wonderful with intelligent lighting all around. The crew looked amazing and very professional. Ultimate Sound DJs was recommended to me by a family member and I am very glad to have used them. They played songs only from our list for both cocktail hour and the reception. The music sets the mood for the wedding and they did a great job at creating that tropical Caribbean feel we wanted. They are very easy to work with and give great suggestions to ensure a fun party. I had a minor issue with flexibility during my reception as the MC would not let me perform for my husband at the time I had planned with my Maitre D'. Although I understand his reasoning, that did not sit well with me since it is MY wedding and some of my guests had left by the time he allowed me to perform. Besides that little complication I have no other complaints. They were great and are there to answer any of your questions at all times. Attend their showcases and you will see how great they are!

Frank and Juan did an awesome job at my wedding. Had non stop dancing which is exactly what I wanted. Worked with all my other vendors to make sure all went smoothly. Frankie and Juan were amazing!! Ultimate Sound DJs was actually the first DJ vendor we met with, and we were immediately sold. They were so accomodating and assured us that they would help us make our wedding exactly the celebration we wanted it to be. They do everything--and they will be as involved or behind the scenes as you want. We really had the best time dancing at our wedding... with each other and ALL our guests. I don't think there was a moment our dancefloor was not packed--a true testament to the energy and music these guys bring. They read our guests so well the entire night in terms of mood of the crowd and the music, and everyone had a huge smile on their face! We were just looking at our pictures from the night, and in every reception picture, EVERYONE is out on the dance floor, having a great time...Just brings us back to what an awesome celebration it was!

If you are looking for a GREAT DJ/MC/Photographer for a GREAT price this is your place! Frank and Shara have a wonderful team there and we were TRULY happy with everything! Everything was explained in detail, there were no surprises and everyone was a pleasure to work with.

By far my favorite vendor - easy to work and the service was amazing! People are still talking about the DJ at my wedding. Raffael was amazing! Great energy, he totally vibed with my guests and actually played my Husband's favorite song without even knowing! We also had Brian as the MC - again great energy, perfectly suited for my wedding. We had a percussionist which was a great add-on. He added that extra flavor to the music. The guests loved the party favors, maracas, hats, sunglasses. Some of the best pictures of the guests have them wearing the party favors. Before the wedding, we dealt with Frank which was also a pleasure. The week before the wedding, I was very stressed and my meeting with Frank was very reassuring. We loved Ultimate Sound DJs and would highly recommend.

Frank the owner is fantastic! He was also my DJ for my wedding. Every time I spoke to him on the phone or in person he was nice (sweet actually), professional, and full of energy. He was the DJ at my friends wedding and I was impressed so I decided to hire him for mine and I am so glad I did. Him and the master of ceremony (Mariela) ran the timing of the reception. There was no need to waste money on a wedding planner. He played music for everyone in the crowd to enjoy (from the merengue loving Dominicans to the "Mony Mony" loving 60 year old Caucasians). The quality of the photos and video were amazing. I am constantly complimented on how beautiful my photo album is. The video was just beautiful. The DJ and MC were exceptional. We wanted to play a stream of pictures throughout our reception too and he worked with us patiently to get it in the right format. Stay clear of this DJ, Frank. He won't give us back a deposit of $300 - He is the only vendor we worked with that won't give back a % of the deposit. Very unprofessional. Bad attitude here all around. Find another DJ for your event rather than this person.

We were very pleased and happy with there services. The DJ's were great, they did an exceptional job. The dance floor was never empty and everyone had such a great time. Rafael and Janira were our DJ and MC on our wedding and omg they rocked the house!! They both called me two days before the wedding to basically get a feel of how our wedding was going to be meaning like what type of music we wanted and what culture we were catering more to so they could play more of that type of music. I felt this was a nice service they did because they truly got the type of wedding we wanted and executed it perfectly. All of our guests raved on how awesome the music was and how our MC(Janira) motivated everyone to get up and party.

I used Frank as my DJ and Jerry as the MC and they were AWESOME. My dance floor was packed all night. They played a great mix for all my guest and Jerry led the crowd well without being pushy like some MCs can be. The only problem was that right before the wedding I called with a question and spoke to someone who was so completely rude that I was almost in tears. When I spoke to Frank he was extremely apologetic and made everything better. I highly recommend Ultimate Sounds.
