Unfortunately we didn't have the best experience with this vendor, everything sounded really good during the contract signing and lots of things were promised. Our wedding took place in June, 2010, and we didn't hear from our vendors for couple months till I made a call right before Christmas, to find out that our video hasn't been touch, but it can be ready in couple days. I thought that day ,that I don't want my wedding memories be quickly edited and done, since they had 6 months and no time to get it ready .We have learned from Unique Vision Studio that "they were very busy, and had no time".We decided to postpone picking it up after New Year's , I don't have to mention that we and our parents were really disappointed not to see it for Christmas. So we patiently waited till the video was ready, we were offered to have it mailed, but we specifically ask for briefly viewing it before we pay for it, as an answer we got "we don't watch wedding videos with any of our clients". We have decided that since it is a big deal to have a beautiful wedding and spent all that money to make it dream come true , we want to see what we are paying for.All of the vendors that we worked with didn't seem to have a problem with it, that was the first one for us to be asked to pay for unseen services( the payment was strictly requested as cash or certified check, and that wasn't even mention in the contract). As a result days of emails, text messages, phone calls back and forth demanding payment from UVS and not letting us the material was really upsetting, at some point we really thought that we will never see it and will have to go to court to fight for our rights. Finally after long aggravation UVS decided to show us very briefly the video, and assure us that we (according to the contract )have 7 days to let them know about the changes of the video parts that we are not happy with.After we watched the video we were shocked! Our wedding video was 39 min long, but that wasn't the problem, the problem was the fact that during the most important moments of our ceremony our faces , bodies are not visible! We couldn't believe that company that has a good reputation and calls itself professional would do something like that! The video doesn't make a sense as one piece, important parts of our day were not shown , you can't see US!!! I could point tones of errors in our video! We have discuss lots of things during the contract signing and were promised to us but never got kept. We emailed them with our corrections but we got as a response "that this is their style". I do understand that every vendor has style thats what makes them special but I also know that making such a basic mistakes cost US not them paying for horrible material and ruining our memories! The reason we have decided to write that review is not to be horrible person and look for payback( because nobody or nothing will bring our wedding day back), the only reason is to let other couples know what are they getting themselves into. Our memories are ruined and we can't get it back.
