Valerie was the best! She was professional, patient and very good with her time. I had a 2 day event and each day she had to do 3 people, including me, the bride. I am generally a simple girl that wears very little make up. Valerie listened to everything I said and made me feel wonderful.. she added flair without making me feel like someone else. It is not easy to go from doing a Catholic wedding one night to an all out Indian (Hindu) affair the next. She did it gracefully with patience and made me feel beautiful. Everyone raved about her work. I will absolutely recommend her to my friends and family.

Valerie did my hair and makeup for a 6/1 wedding in Brooklyn at The Green Building. Not only did she do an amazing trial, she came and did two color sessions before, picked up my lashes and extensions and even double checked with me day of to make sure I had lipstick - and then she went and bought it. She did my hair and make up, my maid of honor's as well and then my moms hair. She's a pro for sure. In all the craziness she never gets flustered, she so damn nice and I want to keep her in my pocket and be besties forverer. She was flexible in scheduling, she was full of ideas and suggestions and Ive seriously never looked better. The compliments were flowing and I felt like a million bucks. If I win the Powerball, she's moving in. I could not recommend her any higher.

Not only was she extremely professional and flexible but she was able to complete my hair and five of my bridesmaids on her own. Before my wedding, Valerie walked me through my first dye-job. I was desperate to cover some gray hairs but was nervous about changing my color. She picked the perfect color to blend into my natural hair. Her prices are very reasonable for NYC. I read through every single hair recommendation I could find on-line yet did not try out any other vendors once I found Valerie and I'm glad I went with my gut instinct.
