Villa Russo was the reception venue we used for our wedding day. This place will definitely provide the bride and groom with quality service. Our banquet manager was Betsy Hernandez whom handled all our wedding details from the very beginning up until the day of our wedding. Betsy is super friendly and will provide you with her suggestions and recommendations for planning your wedding reception at Villa Russo. She was very helpful at helping us select food options in accordance with our guests preferences and diet restrictions. What I enjoyed the most about Villa Russo was their beautiful rooms as well as the fact that the wedding cake is included in the wedding package. Our guests continued to rave about how delicious the food AND the cake was up until today. Villa Russo will provide quality service at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend Villa Russo to all brides planning their wedding day and whom are searching for a reception venue.

Because of Villa Russo , my wedding reception was more than my dream come true. I am in Love with every person in their staff! Lol the food,cake, service,decor, planing/finalizing was incredible. Destinee & Kim (our maitre d) were my best friends that night. I can not thank them enough. Jennifer helped me with finalizing everything and she was a pleasure to work with, no matter how many times I called questions she made sure I was left with a calm mind knowing eveything will be more than ok. This place was beautiful, reasonably priced, and the staff was professional. The food was good, too, and exceeded everyone's expectations! The entire staff helped in organizing the wedding and made it as easy as possible for us and our guests. Jennifer was particularly helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and affordable wedding and reception. The place is absolutely gorgeous and you won't have to spend your time putting the place together. They already set it up!

The hall was our number 1 choice. We had both been there for other events and loved the style, the food and the price. We had a lovely planning experience with our banquet manager, Jennifer, and she made the planning process a pleasant one. However, the day of the wedding we had a few snags. We had booked a hospitality hour to take our photos indoors as we got married in winter and they kept me outside without a coat for 15 minutes. When they finally let us in, they didn't have our space ready for pictures so they stuck us in the stairwell for 20 minutes until they finally let us in the room we paid for. To add insult to injury, the food and drink we were promised for the hour of photos, was not given and it took me asking 4 waiters to get 1 glass of water. Luckily, once the maître d' came out, Destini, she was able to fix things and get us all comfortable for the rest of evening.

Amazing! From the moment I walked into the Villa Russo we were treated like old friends. Jennifer Fulgieri was the Banquet Sales Manager that I spoke with, and booked my party with. Jennifer answered any and all of my questions within 24 hours, was extremely helpful, and along with the wait staff made my Wedding Rehearsal an unforgettable evening. The food was amazing, the staff very professional, and helpful.

Excellent and beautiful venue. They decorated my tables exactly how I told them to do it and made the place look lovely. The matre d Kim was excellent and Jennifer my banquet manager was very helpful and made my journey towards my wedding reception smooth and easy. I was very happy an satisfied with villa Russo.. Oh, the food was excellent also.

All I can say is that it my wedding day was the most perfect day of my life! Jennifer was my banquet manager and from the day I booked with her, she was very attentive with all the details I needed to make my journey smooth and easy. She is very patient and helpful and reassures any nervous bride (Like me!), that everything will turn out o.k and beautiful and believe me: it did. The night of my wedding, from the moment I stepped out of my limo, the maitre'd Kim greeted me and led me throughout my whole ceremony and reception. She was great! I booked The Palace and it looked amazing, just how I told Jennifer I wanted it to look and more!!! The staff was super friendly. The food was awesome, my guests loved it and overall, everything was greater than I could've imagined. My experience with Villa Russo was one I will never forget. I will recommend this place to any couple planning a wedding. My husband and I were very happy with how everything turned out. For me it WAS a dream come true.

The Villa Russo made my wedding a dream come true. I felt like a true princess in there gorgeous castle! My only wish would have been to do it over and over again! The food & service was outstanding.
